I am the proud owner of Arbutus Refrigeration. I started in the restaurant equipment service, sales and installation field at our family business, Delta Restaurant Equipment Service, over 20 years ago. Since then, I have developed a passion for running smooth, successful, family-oriented companies at both Delta and Arbutus. I pride myself in making time to work with alongside our employees, both in the field and in the office, as well as developing lasting relationships with the customers we serve. We strive to maintain a work environment that values our employees and our customer satisfaction, treating each job with attention to honesty, detail and quality. I am blessed to work beside a group of outstanding professionals, and always look forward to learning from them, and teaching something new when possible.
When I am not at work I enjoy spending quality time with my family. Most of the time, I can be found with my wife, supporting our son and daughter in their biggest adventures. We also enjoy spending time at the beach and fishing offshore.

I've spent the last 37 years in the commercial refrigeration and food service industry, a journey that started when I was 27 at Bush Refrigeration in Camden, NJ. I began in customer service, quickly moved into a project manager role, and within two years, I was promoted to operations manager. It was a fast-moving, hands-on environment where I really found my stride.
After five and a half years with Bush, I joined Knox Refrigeration, where I stepped into the world of sales, focusing on commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment. That experience broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of the industry.
In 1998, I began the next chapter of my career at Arbutus Refrigeration, where I've continued to grow professionally and build lasting relationships. Over the years, I've had the chance to work with great teams, help solve unique challenges for customers and stay engaged in a field that’s always evolving.
Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, coin collecting, and spending time outdoors, anything that lets me slow down and appreciate the little things.

I am a results-driven professional with a strong passion for customer excellence and delivering proven solutions. Whether in Sales or Operations, I bring a goal-oriented mindset and a track record of success—leading installation teams to achieve outstanding results and exceed financial targets.
As a positive leader and motivator, I’m known for my ability to create streamlined, effective solutions across coordination, sales, installation, service, and delivery. My strengths lie in building reliability and efficiency into every project, ensuring we uphold the highest standards in the industry.
Outside of work, I value quality time with my family and dogs, staying active, and exploring holistic medicine. My greatest source of inspiration and guidance comes from my faith and time spent with God.

I am a refrigeration and kitchen equipment sales consultant at Arbutus Refrigeration. I have been working at Arbutus since 2016, where I started out as an apprentice and eventually moved into a sales consultant position. Over the years, I’ve developed the knowledge and experience needed to be successful in this role. I enjoy the ever-changing challenges of assisting customers with their refrigeration and kitchen equipment projects, whether they are big or small. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and playing golf.

I started in the trade as an apprentice in the early 80’s where I worked for a prominent commercial refrigeration company that specialized in supermarket refrigeration. In 1990 I started working at Arbutus Refrigeration as a service tech and worked in the field until 2008 when I had the opportunity to take over as the service manager. Since then, I’ve been able to use my skills and field knowledge to assist our service and install crews. I couldn’t be happier working with such talented people. Away from work I enjoy spending time with my wife, my two sons and extended family and my dog Tucker.

I started working at Arbutus in February of 2024. I have always loved math, accounting, and business. One day I want to own a bookstore! In my free time, I like to read, crochet, and play Stardew Valley.

I began as a salesperson here at Arbutus Refrigeration in March of 2023. Prior to that, I worked at Delta Restaurant Equipment Service, our sister company, as an installer for a year. Through my experiences in the field, I learned many helpful skills and lessons that have helped me succeed in my sales position. While away from work, I enjoy spending me with my family, dog, and attending Orioles and Ravens games.

I am the Service Coordinator. Previously, I was a Resource Teacher and Learning Coordinator, working with students ages 7-21 years of age. I have a strong passion for music that I love sharing with others in my role as a piano teacher and member of a local choir.

I have over 10 years of experience in the customer service field, having worked my way up from accounting to service, and now, as the Office Manager. I’m passionate about getting the job done quickly and accurately, always striving to make sure everything runs smoothly. I’ve been with my current company for 11 years, and each role I’ve taken on has only strengthened my dedication to excellent service and efficient operations.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom of two amazing children, as well as two adorable fur babies. My family and I love to travel and create lasting memories wherever we go. Whether it’s exploring new destinations or simply enjoying the time together, every adventure is a chance to make memories that last a lifetime.

I have been a driving force in the company since 1995, wearing (almost) every hat—except the one that involves driving the forklift! A natural problem-solver with a Type A drive, I thrive on efficiency and organization. When I’m not keeping things running smoothly at work, you’ll find me lost in a book, enjoying the therapeutic magic of cleaning (yes, really!), hanging out with my two cats, and taking Baltimore sports a little too seriously.
